To lead a football team you need to have a few vital things. First you need to have confidence in every single one of your players. Because there are eleven guys out on the football field at once, not one, like golf or tennis. So in order to lead a team you need to have confidence in each player. When everyone realizes you have confidence in them, they will have confidence that you are going to get your job done. Second, you need to be the bravest player on that field. Whether its going up against the biggest player on the field or knowing that you are going to get nailed, if you are brave you won't worry about getting beat up, you will look at it as taking a blow for your team in order to have a better chance at succeeding. Also, you will need to have a good knowledge of the game. By having knowledge of the game you have a better chance of knowing what is going to happen. Some players might eventually ask what they need to do and by having knowledge you not only know what you are doing but what everyone is doing. Finally you need to have a desire. If you have a desire to do something no matter what it is on the field, you will stop at nothing to get it. And that is seen as being superior to everyone on the field. By having these few things, you will be able to lead a football team in any direction you want.
